Over 25 years in practice, I have seen disputed estates:
1. destroy families
2. leave inheritances in tatters paying huge legal bills; and
3. affect clients for years as drawn out litigation compounds their grief.

In contrast to traditionally run litigation, I take a collaborative approach where possible. Which means that I work with opposing lawyers, I involve grief counsellors, communications coaches and common financial advisors, so that clients and their families are empowered to reach their own settlements in a holistic and lasting way.
