Heaw, Lim & Associates (HLA) is a boutique law firm located in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, Malaysia. Lim Chia Yang, also called to the bar in 2018, brings hands-on experience in business and management, having managed a Malaysian furniture retail outlet for four years. He frequently reviewed contracts and created internal policies to prevent employment disputes.
