Law Firm Strémy

is a young and progressive law firm that has been operating as an integral part of the Slovak legal community since 2012. It provides legal services in all areas of law to domestic and foreign clients. Our specialty is criminal law, defense in criminal proceedings, but also representation of witnesses or victims of crimes.

The head of the office is prof. JUDr. Tomáš Strémy, PhD., who deals with criminal law not only as a lawyer, but also in academia as a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava and at the Academy of the Slovak Police Force, which guarantees a high standard of both practical and theoretical knowledge. His experience, professionalism, knowledge of our legal environment, as well as strategic thinking and, last but not least, human approach are appreciated by clients from various spheres of social life.

The team of Advokátska kancelaria Strémy s.r.o. also applies its experience in other areas of law, especially in the contentious and non-contentious agenda in the field of commercial, civil, and labor law. Since 2014, the office has also been involved in the field of real estate law, providing complex legal services not only to individuals, but also to corporations. With the introduction of criminal liability of legal entities in 2016, it expanded its services by offering personalized compliance programs.

The domain and prerogative of the law office is mainly long-term experience and practice in criminal law. In addition to economic crime, primarily in the field of corporate governance and tax crime, we also deal with particularly sensitive cases of other forms of crime.
