The cost of services indicated in this section of the site is not a public offer. The cost of services is determined based on the complexity of the case, the amount of work required on the case, the level of the service provider, as well as other individual and subjective assessments of the complexity of a particular case, incl. related to the territorial remoteness of the court or government agency from St. Petersburg. The specific cost of services is determined and agreed upon in an agreement concluded with a lawyer.
Payment is made both in cash and by bank transfer. The minimum fee for an arbitration dispute in the court of first instance is 35,000 rubles.
Payment for services can be made in stages (for each action and procedural document separately), by paying 100% of the cost of the fee, by mixed payment, providing for 50% of payment by depositing funds into the lawyer’s cash desk and from 10% to 50% of the amount or value of the award , incl. property or the value of property rights or determined in a specific monetary amount.
Based on the results of the consideration of the case or as necessary (for reporting), services are closed by acts, which, along with other documents, are presented as justification for legal costs and the need for recovery from the opposite party. Payment is made excluding VAT. If the case is considered in another constituent entity of the Russian Federation, along with payment for services, the client is reimbursed for economy class air travel and 1 day of accommodation for a lawyer or lawyer in a mid-level hotel.
