He is the Director of the Department of Public Law within the Faculty of Law of Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and one of the constant presences at specialized conferences in the field of criminal law.
He is part of continuous training projects for magistrates within the National Institute of Magistracy, is an associate lecturer within the National Institute for the Training and Improvement of Lawyers - Cluj Territorial Center and contact point for Romania within the European Criminal Law Academic Network.
As a lawyer, Daniel has the right to practice in front of all courts, regardless of degree, handling highly complex cases, mainly involving economic crimes, corruption and drug trafficking.
