There are 3 components of credit card debt cases, there are the interest, the insurance and the primary of our credit card amount, now to help clients to get credit card obligation to pay, then as a lawyer we have to negotiate our clients credit card with banking chief manager.

As a lawyer, i usually use this 3 components to reconsider about clients credit cards debt, when that is no way from negotiations, then as a lawyer, i usually report my clients credit card debt to OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), OJK is Indonesian institutions to accomodate to supervise all banking, finance leasing, fintech in Indonesia. Then OJK will be arrange non-litigation court like to arbitrate all parties, the bank also my clients, after Non-litigation ojk court then there will be ojk written decision which occured to all parties.

There are many others of Banking cases but each cases have each own Legal solutions depends on the cases.

In Indonesia, there is Governmental Institions to protect consumers rights which is named BPSK (Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen), the BPSK court procedures, are :

1. Fill the form of registration to register cases in BPSK.
2. All parties which are consumers also the corporations will be called to attend BPSK court.
3. There are an anouncement where all bpsk judge are ready to arrange the bpsk court.
4. There will be BPSK court, then with many court sesions every 1 week, there are most of those to hear from all parties.
5. After sesions bpsk court, there will be a decision from bpsk judge assembly.

There are the solutions of consumer rights in Indonesia, there are other legal ways after that, coz every parties could review BPSK Written Decision to the Indonesian Supreme Court.
