Dr. Gupta's tenure includes roles at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, where he played a pivotal role in establishing India's first legal incubation center. His contributions, such as proposing the Court Management Authority Bill, 2017, and the Legal Education Bill, 2019, have been widely recognized and appreciated within the legal community.
