In 2025, Sarvasūkṣma expanded its capabilities with the addition of a highly experienced Corporate and M&A partner, further strengthening our expertise in structuring, documenting and executing M&A transactions involving both private and public (Tbk) companies across various sectors. Sarvasūkṣma provides legal support in M&A transactions including due diligence, structuring, documenting and executing sale and purchase of shares and assets (for both buy-side and sell-side, whether bilateral or auction-based transactions), mergers, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
General Corporate Advisory and Legal Services
Sarvasūkṣma provides general legal advice on a broad range of legal matters across various industries. Sarvasūkṣma offers various legal services including incorporation of companies, legal due diligence and compliance review, drafting, reviewing and negotiation all types of commercial agreements.
Yoshi is a Partner at Sarvasūkṣma with extensive experience in corporate and commercial transactions in particular in banking and debt finance works. He also has a handful of experiences in capital markets for issuance of local public bonds and international high yield bonds. Yoshi has also dealt with various debt restructuring matters including advising clients in court-driven restructuring process via bankruptcy and suspension of payment (PKPU). In 2022, he is selected as one of the ALB Indonesia Rising Star 2022 by ALB Thomson Reuters and also listed as a notable lawyer in banking and finance by Legal 500.
Yoshi obtained his Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) from University of Padjajaran. He is a member of Indonesian Financial Sector Legal Consultant Association (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan) and registered in Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
Throughout more than a decade of his career, Yoshi has been involved in a variety of high profile and sophisticated deals in various industrial sectors and was consistently trusted to represent both foreign and domestic clients, including large banks, brokerage firms, securities companies, asset managers, hedge funds as well as private and public companies.
Before founding Sarvasūkṣma, Yoshi worked at Witara Cakra Advocates, an affiliate firm of White and Case and Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung (in association with Herbert Smith Freehills).
Rika is a Partner at Sarvasūkṣma. With over 15 years of experience, Rika has been involved in a large number of major M&A transactions in Indonesia, involving both private and public Indonesian companies across a broad range of industries including banking and financial institutions, infrastructure, manufacturing and consumer goods, fintech, education and healthcare and natural resources. Her clients comprise local and multinational companies, private equities, sovereign wealth funds and venture capital companies. She has been recognized as Rising Star Indonesia by ALB and Asia-Pacific Legal 500, as well as Future Legal Leader in Indonesia by Asia Business Journal.
Rika obtained her Bachelor of Laws (SH) from University of Indonesia and her post-graduate degree (LLM) from University of Melbourne (under the Australia Awards Scholarship). She is admitted as an advocate in Indonesian (PERADI).
Prior to joining Sarvasūkṣma, Rika was counsel at Witara Cakra Advocates (an affiliate firm of White and Case). Before that, she developed her career in Ginting & Reksodiputro (an affiliate firm of Allen & Overy) and Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners (HHP, an affiliate firm of Baker McKenzie). She has international work experience working in Allen & Overy London office in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team and as a researcher in Environment Essentials in Melbourne, Australia.
