We are renowned for the strength of our dispute resolution practice in Nigeria, particularly in the area of litigation and arbitration. In the course of the last thirty years our lawyers have represented clients in several landmark cases at the Tribunals, High Courts, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, cutting across virtually all of the thirty-six states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Domestic and international arbitrations also constitute a very important area of our CLPG work, where we are able to rely on our invaluable experience in disputes resolution and management. We represent clients before domestic and international arbitral tribunals in respect of a wide range of contractual disputes and are regularly instructed on matters concerning the enforcement of foreign arbitration awards in Nigeria.
