Part of our secretarial functions include: collaborating with clients in preparing their Annual Reports and Accounts, filing of reports and returns with relevant regulators as and when due, changes in directors and allotment of shares maintaining statutory books and records (minutes books, register of members, register of directors and their shareholding, register of charges).
