We develop and handle all available legal actions regarding the enforcement of IP rights, which include administrative actions filed before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI); criminal actions that are initiated by the General Prosecutor’s Office (PGR); administrative trial proceedings before the Federal Tribunal of Administrative Affairs (TFJA); judicial cases filed before the Civil Courts; and several recourses and extraordinary judicial remedies filed before Federal District and Circuit Courts, including “amparo” trial proceedings.

Furthermore, we have extensive experience in handling civil, commercial and criminal matters regarding IP and IP enforcement actions, with added expertise in customs law and international trade issues; also, we have a close relationship and sustain collaboration efforts with different government agencies involved in the enforcement and protection of IP rights, mainly with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), the National Institute of Copyrights (INDAUTOR) and the General Prosecutor’s Office (PGR), as well as other institutions that support and work together with them, such as AGA, the Federal Commission for the Prevention of Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS) and the Federal Police (PF).
