Our partner, Ms. Winnie had obtained her Bachelor of Law in 2000 from Bond University in Queensland, Australia. She was admitted to the Queensland Solicitors Board in the same year and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2002.
Ms. Winnie has invaluable experience and sound legal knowledge in civil and commercial litigation and conveyancing and banking matters. She acts as a legal advisor to a number of established companies namely Winstar Aluminium Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, United Star Engineering & Hardware Sdn Bhd, Hsing Yeat Sdn Bhd, Apstar Sdn Bhd, Winstar Trading Sdn Bhd, Rising Star Marketing Sdn Bhd, United Sinlung Sdn Bhd, Yin Rain Construction Sdn Bhd etc. She also served as a volunteer legal advisor to various societies and associations such as Persatuan Pemilik and Pengusaha Perindustrian Hulu Selangor and Persatuan Agama Bukit Beruntung & Bukit Sentosa.
Mr Wong has graduated from University of Malaya with LLB (Hons) and was called to the Bar in 1986. He had obtained valuable working experience in the firm of M/s Wang Kuo Shing & Co and M/s T.C. Chong & Rakan-Rakan and also as a partner in M/s Neoh, Borizah & Co. for four years.
Mr Wong has more than twenty years’ experience in both conveyancing and litigation matters. He has also been exposed to banking and corporate matters for the past twelve years. He set up the firm of M/s Yin Voon & Co. since 1st July, 1999. He acts as a legal advisor to various societies and companies.
