For your information, the Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV) is a permanent visa that allows indefinite stay in the Philippines with multiple-entry privileges. The requirements generally include: a) proof of retirement income or pension, b) a time deposit in a PRA-accredited bank (amount depending on age and type of visa), c) medical clearance, d) valid passport, and e) proof of police clearance from the home country. The PRA also requires the applicant to be at least 50 years old, which both of you qualify for.
Our law firm can assist you with: a) verifying your eligibility and the best SRRV option for you, b) preparing all documentary requirements (bank, medical, and police clearances), c) liaising directly with PRA and Bureau of Immigration, and d) representing you throughout the visa issuance process, including coordination with the embassy if needed.
We have offices in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, and we can schedule an initial consultation via Google Meet, Zoom, or physical consultation at our office.
