Work visa

A visa decision is issued by a Consul (a Polish authority operating abroad). Legal assistance may be helpful in reviewing the documentation and identifying potential issues that could lead to a negative decision. However, when applying for a visa, there is always a risk of refusal. Refusals don't have justification, so it's often hard to determine why the deicsion is negative. Moreover, the so-called “appeal” is in fact only a request for reconsideration by the same authority, which in practice is rarely successful.
