coming to Philippines to marry my girlfrend

I want to come to the Philippines to marry my girlfriend and need help filling out the proper forms & documents to get a marriage license there and then do the proper paperwork to bring her back to the US to live with me, I heard this is easier & cheaper than having her come over as my Fiance and then we get married? it all seems so complicated can you help?
