I've been a tenant since December 23, 2023
And my rent due three days ago and this landlord told me I'm no more his tenant that when am I moving out since I'm not renewing the money

since you are yearly tenant and your rent expired on 23/12/2024 and you are not willing to renew the tenancy for another terms of one year it is only proper for the landlord to serve you with Seven days notice of owner's intention to recover possession and thereafter he file a case for recovery of possession in court of law for your ejection. but you will mens profit and cost of the case. the landlord cannot resort to self-help to use any other means to eject you
