Successivamente all’episodio, il personale della clinica gli ha fornito informazioni incoerenti e poco chiare riguardo ai suoi diritti—ad esempio, quando può lasciare la struttura, a quali prestazioni ha diritto e altri aspetti essenziali del suo soggiorno. Gli è stato anche detto che potrebbe essere tenuto a rimanere per tre mesi, senza però spiegargli la base giuridica né fornire indicazioni adeguate.
Avremmo pertanto bisogno di chiarimenti su due punti:
1. Quali sono i suoi diritti come paziente ricoverato volontariamente in una struttura psichiatrica svizzera, compresi il diritto di dimettersi e il diritto a ricevere informazioni chiare?
