She should contact a qualified immigration lawyer or a local refugee-rights NGO, submit a written declaration of her fear of persecution (including any evidence of the death-penalty threat), request that the police and immigration authorities place her in detention pending a full protection assessment rather than deportation, and, if available, apply for UNHCR or other humanitarian protection while her claim is processed. Any deportation without first assessing her risk would likely violate both domestic constitutional protections and the country’s obligations under international human-rights law, so a prompt legal challenge and a request for protective asylum are essential.
