Trainee Lawyer at DWC Law Firm

Decent Work Law Firm, based in Amman, Jordan, is seeking to recruit a Trainee Lawyer to join its legal team.

This position is intended for a law graduate undergoing mandatory legal training and does not require prior full professional legal practice experience. The Trainee Lawyer will work under direct supervision and will be exposed to a broad range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in legal research across various areas of Jordanian law.

Support the drafting of legal documents, memoranda, and case files under supervision.

Assist in reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and correspondence.

Support case follow-up and court file preparation as assigned.

Contribute to legal documentation and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.

Eligible for registration as a Trainee Lawyer with the Jordan Bar Association.

Good legal research and drafting skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to work under supervision within a professional legal environment.
