Junior Associate

Metis Law Chamber is expanding its litigation team and inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate at our Mohali office.

We are a litigation-focused law firm practicing before the District Courts of Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, and the Punjab & Haryana High Court. Our core areas include Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, and Cheque Bounce Matters (Section 138 NI Act).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drafting of pleadings, petitions, written statements, bail applications, and legal notices

• Court appearances and assistance in arguments

• Legal research and case law analysis

• Client consultations and case briefing

• Case file management and procedural compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• LL.B. degree with 0–3 years of litigation experience

• Enrollment with State Bar Council

• Strong drafting and research skills

• Ability to work independently and handle court matters

• Professional conduct and commitment to litigation practice
