Which relationships do we call family?

Family law regulates relationships that arise in: marriage, kinship, adoption, as well as guardianship and guardianship. In protecting them, the legislator observes the following principles:

• protection of marriage and family,
• equality of men and women,
• voluntariness of the marriage union,
• special protection of children,
• equality of those born in wedlock,
• out of wedlock and adopted children,
• respect for the individual in the family,
• respect, care and support between family members.

Property law defines the types of property rights, which are limited in number and type. Real right is an absolute right and no one can infringe our own Real right. At the same time, we also cannot prevent other persons from exercising their right in rem. There are limits to which the property right of any individual can be exercised.

Real rights other than those specified in the law cannot arise, i.e. citizens cannot, on their own initiative, determine the type, content, volume of a real right.
