Which relationships do we call family?

Family law regulates relationships that arise in: marriage, kinship, adoption, as well as guardianship and guardianship. In protecting them, the legislator observes the following principles:

• protection of marriage and family,
• equality of men and women,
• voluntariness of the marriage union,
• special protection of children,
• equality of those born in wedlock,
• out of wedlock and adopted children,
• respect for the individual in the family,
• respect, care and support between family members.

What governs inheritance law?

The subject of Inheritance Law are those legal relationships that occur upon the death of a person and which regulate the transfer of the property of the deceased to the property of his heirs.

Property law defines the types of property rights, which are limited in number and type. Real right is an absolute right and no one can infringe our own Real right.
