Elena’s focus is to find a solution to your legal issue avoiding the need for unnecessary cost, stress or lengthy litigation. With that in mind, in 2011, Elena established Adelaide Legal Solutions.
Elena was trained by one of the leading criminal lawyers in South Australia. During that time, she managed many serious and complex criminal law cases. After opening Adelaide Legal Solutions Elena quickly realised that she had a skill set for drafting and branched out into Family Law. Her affidavits are known to be succinct and relevant to the application at hand. Elena’s negotiation skills are well recognised and she is able to deal with the most complex of cases. Elena is diligent, persistent, empathetic and will go that extra mile to ensure her clients are at ease during what can often be a very stressful time.
Elena has developed solid working relationships with the legal community to effectively negotiate on your behalf. She exercises care with your legal funds and will delegate if needed to appropriate third parties such as expert witnesses in accordance with your budget.
Elena was admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2007 and has a double degree in Business Economics and Law and Legal Practice from the Flinders University South Australia. She is admitted to the High Court of Australia and has memberships to the Law Society of South Australia and is part of the Law Society Legal Advisory Service. Elena is also a member of the Hellenic Lawyer’s Association. Elena has taught and lectured as part of the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Australian National University in Canberra, Sydney and Adelaide, and continues to mentor Law graduates from South Australian Universities.
During Elena’s downtime, she loves spending time at the beach with her daughter and two dogs. She is actively involved in her local community volunteering on various projects throughout the year.
