History
Borovtsov & Salei starts its history back in 1994 when Valentin Borovtsov, Counsel General of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, and Justice Vassili Salei, one of the youngest Judges in former Soviet Union, have made brave decision to establish one of the first private law firms in the independent Republic of Belarus. Currently, Borovtsov & Salei is the oldest Belarusian legal brand remained unchanged since its foundation.
