Conveyancing and Property

Since the establishment of the Firm, we have handled a large number of conveyancing transactions relating to commercial, residential and industrial properties in Hong Kong.
Our fixed legal costs for each transaction shall include the following services:

• Handling all correspondence
• Drafting / approving Formal Agreement for Sale and Purchase
• Raising / answering requisitions on title
• Drafting / approving Assignment
• Preparing Mortgage (if necessary)
• Preparing Release / Discharge (if necessary)
• Stamping and registering title documents
• Preparing / approving apportionment account for management fee, management fee deposits and other outgoings

All in all, our firm will handle each sale or purchase transaction true-heartedly. The agreed fee is final and there will not be any tricky additional charges.

Matrimonial Cause

Our professional charges for matrimonial proceedings depend on whether they are contested or non-contested in nature. For contentious divorce proceedings, our charges will be on hourly rate. Whereas for non-contentious ones, it will be at fixed costs.
