David brings a wealth of experience in litigating personal injury and wrongful death cases. His practice encompasses a wide range of incidents, including those involving airplanes,motorcycles, trucks, commercial vehicles, pedestrians, and industrial accidents. David has a proven track record of successfully conducting numerous jury and bench trials throughout his legal career.
David’s legal journey began in the litigation department of Morgan Stanley in San Francisco. He later founded a boutique civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, specializing in complex real estate, finance, and business disputes. Driven by a desire to assist those in need, David transitioned into personal injury law, where he now passionately advocates for the injured at Deldar Legal.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, David holds an undergraduate degree (B.A.) from California State University, Los Angeles, and a law degree (J.D.) from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He furthered his education with a master’s degree (M.Fin.) in finance from Harvard University, equipping him with a unique perspective on financial and legal complexities.David is a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is fluent in Spanish and can hold conversations in Farsi (Persian), allowing him to serve a broad and diverse clientele.
Outside of his legal practice, David enjoys a variety of activities, including playing equestrian polo, traveling, exercising, reading, and spending quality time with his wife, three children, and two dogs, Dolce and Gia. David combines his extensive legal expertise with a compassionate approach, providing clients with the robust representation they deserve in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
