2.   Construction claims:-

• We are experienced in acting for employers, contractors and sub-contractors in all sorts of building, civil engineering and maintenance contracts and defects rectification contracts, including claims for extension of time, claims for loss and expenses for variations and prolongation, liquidated and ascertained damages, calculation and assessment of final contract sums, and for architects in negligence claims.
