We started Highbridge with the goal of helping growing companies through their formative years. And we’ve stayed true to that goal even though some of the startups have turned into well-established businesses and some of the founders have turned investors. As with the companies and people we work for, clarity of purpose is what separates us from our competition.

It helps that we know our stuff. Highly experienced seed and venture capital lawyers, we’ve negotiated funding rounds for several of the most notable startup successes of the past five years.

Unlike most law firms, we refuse to spread ourselves too thinly. We know what we’re good at - and we work hard at it. And that’s what makes us the best at it.
