​Inheriting the career of his predecessors, Mr. Tran Tu passed on his handling principles and experience to lawyer Tran Quang My. 

Lawyer Tran Quang My, graduated from the 1st course of the regular system of Hanoi Legal University, completed the defense of the doctoral thesis in law, and studied abroad in the US, France, and Denmark for a short period of time. He worked as an Assistant Minister of the Prime Minister's Palace and met with the President of the National Assembly and the Vice-Chairman of the National Assembly to propose a career in law in Vietnam in 1983. After many requests from lawyer Tran Quang My, the Ordinance on Life Lawyers 1987.
