Agriculture
Successfully defended a regional agribusiness operator in a regulatory offense proceeding concerning alleged non-compliance with agricultural land protection regulations. Our team represented a leading client before the Misdemeanor Court in Sombor in proceedings initiated due to the alleged presence of ragweed (ambrosia) on farmland. By coordinating expert reports and witness testimony, we demonstrated the inspector’s findings were unfounded. Represented GPS Satelit d.o.o. in a complex commercial dispute concerning the termination and enforcement of a software licensing (SaaS) agreement. The matter involved contested issues of corporate governance, enforcement of promissory notes used as security, and interpretation of contractual obligations under Serbian law. The court ruling reinforced legal certainty around SaaS agreements and contributed to the development of local jurisprudence in technology-related contracts.
