Lawyers Lin Shengjun and Yang Junyuan founded the firm in 2004, and Lawyers Fan Jinkui, Lin Yajun, and Liu Lan joined the founding team in 2005.

Meridian Attorneys-at-Law (hereinafter referred to as “Meridian”) was founded by attorneys Bill SC Lin and Eric CY Yang in 2005; thereafter, attorneys Craig Fan, Ya-Chun Lin and Lan Liu joined the founding team in 2006.
