Muma is a Legal Practitioner with experience spanning 6 years plus, having kicked off his law career at the age of 21yrs, Muma interned under the Law Association of Zambia's International Relations Committee, after which his potential as a budding young Lawyer was noticed by Mr. Makebi Zulu ("MZ") when he participated in the 2015 National Moot Competition, prompting MZ to take him under his wing and tutelage, in addition to a fully paid up 100% sponsorship to the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education ("ZIALE").
Muma then went on to learn the ropes of legal practice under the prestigious practice styled; Messrs. Makebi Zulu Advocates ("MZA") were he subsequently was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Judicature for Zambia in the year 2018.
Having done three years as an Associate at MZA, and having attained the status of; Advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia, Muma went on to assume a new role as an Associate under the Dispute Resolution & Public Policy Department of Messrs. Corpus Legal Practitioners ("Corpus"), one of the leading and biggest Law Firms in Zambia.
Following his tenure with Corpus, Muma was then offered yet another role as Senior Associate by the Firm; Mesdames SCPM Legal Practitioners were he practiced as such for a period of 2yrs plus, after which he went on to set up the Firm; Messrs. Muma Mpempa Legal Practitioners (MLP) in the year 2024.
