NISANCI | Attorneys at Law is a litigation-driven civil practice led by Av. Büşra Nişancı, advising individuals in Türkiye and abroad. The firm represents clients before the courts, managing disputes across procedural stages including case strategy, evidentiary planning, hearings, interim motions, and appellate submissions. We operate with a structured method rather than a case-type approach, taking on matters in which defined procedural planning can influence outcome.
Alongside litigation, we provide immigration guidance for foreign nationals, including work permit, residence permit and citizenship procedures, as well as appeal and post-rejection restructuring. Each file receives an individual assessment, compliance-based document review and an action plan designed to move the process forward with clarity and realistic expectation.
We work bilingually in Turkish and English, and we collaborate with trusted Russian, German and Farsi-speaking partners when additional language support is required. Our objective is consistent across all mandates: clear communication, informed decision-making, and disciplined execution of legal strategy.

NISANCI | Attorneys at Law provides focused legal representation in civil and family law matters in Türkiye, assisting individuals through conflict, litigation, and rights-based claims with clarity and structured strategy. Our practice covers divorce and separation, child custody and visitation, child support, annulment, inheritance disputes, property and ownership conflicts, compensation claims, and enforcement proceedings.
We frequently work with foreign nationals residing in or connected to Türkiye. Accurate communication, procedural guidance and case preparation are central to our approach, enabling clients to move through legal processes with clear expectations and informed decisions. Communication is conducted in English and Turkish, and we additionally collaborate with Russian, German and Farsi-speaking translators to support clients who require multilingual assistance.
Our work is shaped by three core principles:
• Strategy first — define the goal and build the path to it.
• Consistent communication — clients are informed at every stage.
• Rights-based advocacy — protect family integrity, economic interests and personal dignity.
For those navigating personal disputes, litigation or civil claims, we offer stability, structured legal direction and representation grounded in law
Procès et litiges
We provide representation before the Civil Courts of First Instance (Asliye Hukuk) and Civil Peace Courts (Sulh Hukuk), handling disputes within the scope of civil procedural jurisdiction and their corresponding specialized chambers. Our work focuses on structured litigation advocacy — from case assessment and claim formulation to evidence curation, hearings, interim motions, and appellate submissions where necessary.
Rather than approaching litigation broadly, we prioritize matters in which a clear procedural strategy and rights-based argumentation can materially influence the outcome. Mediation and pre-litigation processes are managed with the same discipline, allowing clients to move forward with informed expectations, well-defined objectives, and a realistic roadmap.
Our commitment is not to take every dispute, but to execute the disputes we accept with precision, consistency, and a controlled legal method.
Immigration
We assist foreign nationals in Türkiye with work permit, residence permit and citizenship procedures, structuring each application based on compliance requirements, eligibility criteria and documentary accuracy. Our work includes preparing legal strategy, reviewing documentation, identifying procedural risks and guiding clients through each stage of the application process.
Where applications are refused, we assess the grounds of rejection and, where legally viable, proceed with appeal or re-application strategies supported by evidence-based argumentation. This includes evaluating procedural defects, addressing missing documentation, and developing a corrective submission plan.
