After working in business and government in Hungary and abroad, Dr. András Pákay founded the Law Firm in 1995. In 2000, he was joined by Dr. Sándor Gyurkovics - who, during his long government career - was the State Secretary for Public Administration at the Ministry of Transport and Water.
The Office, located in downtown Budapest, in the center of government, business and financial life, currently employs six lawyers and eight candidate lawyers, legal assistants and legal interns.
The Office is in regular contact with several European, Asian, North American and Australian law firms and, in addition to domestic cases, regularly acts in international cases and transactions. In addition to Hungarian, the staff also work in English, German, Russian and French. In addition to their deep theoretical knowledge, our colleagues gained extensive experience during domestic and international projects and transactions.
Our clients include Hungarian central and local government bodies and institutions, major domestic companies, well-known foreign companies operating in Hungary or wishing to invest, as well as domestic and foreign private individuals. The Office is on the list of lawyers of several foreign embassies in Budapest.
