Sally Romero is the founding and co-managing partner of Romero, Machuca & Asociados. She advises companies on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters, as well as dispute resolution. Registered as a trademark agent before DINAPI, she also specializes in compliance, anti-money laundering, and risk management.
Before founding the firm, Sally worked over seven years at Ferrere Abogados, leading the immigration law team and advising on insurance, reinsurance, and public procurement matters. She began her career at Zacarías & Fernández, gaining extensive experience in intellectual property.
Sally holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Asunción, a major in university teaching, and is pursuing an LL.M. at the University of London focused on compliance and international insurance law.
