Dr. Shoarian obtained his Bar Admission from East Azerbaijan Bar Association and is a professor of law at the faculty of law, university of Tabriz since 1992. He has been also an arbitrator in the Iranian Chamber of Commerce (Tabriz branch) since 2009.
