Omry specializes in commercial law, corporate law, securities, public company support, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. Omry gained international experience in supporting cross-border transactions as part of his work at a leading international law firm, and has since been supporting corporations and entrepreneurs in all stages of business activity – from the stages of establishing the activity in the appropriate legal framework, end-to-end support of ongoing commercial activity as well as in M&A transactions, and public and private capital and debt raising.
As part of his professional experience, Omry has accompanied and provided legal advice in hundreds of board meetings of public companies operating in a wide variety of business sectors, which has given Omry an understanding of the organization's business needs alongside the need for professional and thorough legal advice.

Oded has expertise and experience in a variety of areas of commercial and civil law, including corporations, financial regulation, finance and real estate. Oded has unique knowledge in representing, accompanying, advising and supporting financial service providers (including non-bank credit providers, financial asset service providers, payment and crypto companies and fintech companies).
Oded has gained extensive experience in supporting corporations and entrepreneurs, with an emphasis on financial entities, through his work at one of the largest and most well-known law firms in Israel, as well as through his tenure as an officer in a leading financial entity in his field. Oded represents, supports, and advises business and private clients in his areas of expertise, emphasizing legal professionalism alongside a broad strategic-management perspective. Oded believes that the role of a legal advisor is first and foremost to assist in the advancement of his clients' business activities, along with careful management of legal and business risks.
Oded is a Captain (res.) in the Air Force's Air Defense Division, and served in his last reserve role as an officer in the Iron Dome battery's operations room and as a commander of operational shifts.
