Since the beginning, we’ve strived to provide clear, creative, solutions-oriented service for clients at home and abroad. The first step to protect your brand in Taiwan is to register it. We handle the trademark portfolios for some of the world’s most recognized brands, and advise on all aspects of intellectual property strategy, from trade secrets and trademarks to patents and copyright. Clients find our close working relationship with the IP Police, Customs and other agencies provides effective enforcement against infringement, and if it gets to that point, we have litigated cases all the way to the Supreme Court.
Our intellectual property work covers trademark, copyright, patent, trade secrets and IP prosecution on behalf of some of the world’s most prominent companies. Our clients include over thirty of Interbrand’s 100 Top Global Brands, and operate in the luxury goods, pharmaceutical, entertainment, software, semiconductor, snack foods, sporting goods, clothing, and alcoholic beverage and Internet markets.
We provide comprehensive enforcement and infringement support, working with Customs, filing takedown notices and raids in coordination with the IP Police. Our firm routinely handles patent proceedings from patent filing and prosecution of patent applications, searches, watches and invalidation actions to post-grant amendments of claims and patent assignments.
