Good day to whoever is reading this I have a yearly tenant and I decided to give them quit notice in June because their rent expires in December and as of now they are still here I even had to give them a 7 days owners intention to recover and they still don’t feel moved and I’m soo irritated I need to use my property pls what is the way forward?

you have to go to court to recover possession from their. you will seek for outstanding rent and also rent for the duration of time they have stayed after expiration of the previous tenancy and you also seek for damages and cost of litigation
