Marriage Annulment

In the early 1990s - I was around 21 to 24 yrs of age - I contracted what was then popularly known as a secret marriage with the father of my first born. I forged the signature of my mother on the marriage contract. We also have been separated since the year 2000 - when I left the country and migrated to Spain. I would like to seek advise for the dissolution of said marriage.
