Your security is important to us, therefore it is our aim to provide you with a safe property transaction without unpleasant surprises. 

If you wish to use us as a lawyer in your housing transaction, you must notify the estate agent/seller's adviser of this.

At the same time, you must ask the estate agent to include in the purchase agreement that the deal is subject to your bank's and lawyer's approval. As long as this is clear, you can safely sign the purchase agreement. The broker will then send all the documents to us.

After receiving this, we will contact you immediately afterwards, where within a short time we will arrange a meeting for the approval deadline. 

Before our meeting, we as lawyers have gone through your documents and drafted a letter of approval for the estate agent, from which it appears which points in the deal can be approved. 

At our meeting, we discuss all the documents of the transaction and the points in our letter of approval.

Immediately after the meeting, we send the approval letter to the broker with the points we have agreed. After this, there will be correspondence between the broker and us. You are of course on the sidelines, and we make sure that you agree with the answers we give the broker.

When there is agreement between us and the broker, the deal can be finally approved.

In 2019, the divorce rate in Denmark was 49%

As beautiful as it sounds when we say yes to each other in church with the promise of "till death do us part", this is far from the scenario in 49% of all marriages, because these end in divorce. 

We always recommend that you draw up a prenuptial agreement before you get married, as it is often easiest to agree on relationships here. Unfortunately, we often see that people only approach us when things start to go wrong, and here it can be difficult to reach an agreement. 

When you get married in Denmark, the starting point is shared assets. This means that all values ​​are shared equally between the parties. 

If you wish to deviate from these rules, you can draw up a prenuptial agreement, which states, for example, that part or all of your assets must be separate property.

At the same time, you must be aware that another starting point in Danish law is that in case of divorce you do not share your pensions with your spouse. If you therefore also wish to deviate from these rules, a prenuptial agreement must also be drawn up.

Do you have an outstanding debt that you would like help to recover? Then we are the right people to help you. We deal with recovery, debt collection and Bailiff's Court cases both against private individuals and businesses. No amount is too small. 

When we receive an inquiry from you, we will prepare a case for the procedure. We check whether all previous formalities have been complied with, after which we send the debtor a debt collection notice (10-day demand), if you have not done this yourself before. 

If the debtor does not pay, a collection letter is sent with an added collection fee. 

If the debtor cannot pay the claim at once, we prepare a voluntary settlement with an installment plan that we administer for you.
