Cheung and Choy was established by Simon Cheung and Choy Man in 2002. Since then, we have built a wealth of experience in many major aspects of the law in Hong Kong, in particular, we have considerable experience in corporate finance, such as IPO, mergers and acquisitions, rights issues, share placings, general offers and issue of bonds etc. Our practice areas cover corporate and commercial, litigation, intellectual property and real estate matters. Today, we have a team of 19 lawyers (including Hong Kong-qualified lawyers, one PRC lawyer and one Intellectual Property Manager) together with around 30 supporting staff members. We provide a broad range of top quality legal services, including cross-border transactions to both multi-national and local corporate and individual clients in Hong Kong, China and other jurisdictions.
