Chief Olajide Ajana & Co. (A & A LAW CHAMBERS) is a Firm of Legal Practitioners & Consultants which has evolved over three decades as a creative and solution-based Law Firm and Resource Centre dedicated to meeting clients’ needs in a most resourceful manner.

The Firm’s members have successfully handled Banking, Finance and Taxation-Related Litigation, documentation and ADR briefs on behalf of clients. It offers advisory services and have continued to be of immense value and asset to them in this regard. It is involved in perfection of legal documentations in respect of mortgages and debenture issues, and evidencing lending transactions at the registries.
Other aspects of finance law the firm’s services cover include corporate financing, refinancing, securities, pension funds, trade finance, syndicated loan agreements, sale and lease buy back agreement, debt recovery and management and insurance transactions. It also advises on legislative and regulatory issues and facilitates obtaining relevant government approvals.
