We advised the Global Infrastructure Holding Limited on operation of the Concession Agreement with the Federal Government of Nigeria; the first concession agreement in Nigeria.
We advised the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), on the drafting of the Licensing Regulations to provide a regulatory framework for Licensing Processes and Procedures for provision of communication services and operation of communication systems.
We advised the Nigerian Communications Commission (the Nigerian regulator for the communications industry) arising from interconnect rate dispute between MTN Nigeria Communications Limited/V-Mobile Wireless Nigeria Limited and the regulator.
We advised NITEL on the options to it in a commercial dispute over submarine cable network.We collaborated with McCarthy Tetrault Law (an International Communications Law Firm) to draft and the develop the Rules and Regulations for the Nigeria Communications Commission.
We acted as legal Consultant to the Nigerian Communications Commission on the award of 39 Licenses to Operators in the Telecommunications Industry.
