Patrick Manyowa is the Founder and Managing Director of P Manyowa Attorneys Inc. He is both a Professional Civil Engineer (Pr.Eng, Pr.CPM, PMP, AArb) and an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, bringing a rare blend of technical, legal, and strategic expertise. With more than 15 years of experience in law, engineering, project management, arbitration, and training, Patrick is widely recognized for his specialization in construction law and dispute resolution, while also expanding into property law and real estate practice.

• BSc Civil Engineering – University of Zimbabwe.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management – University of Zimbabwe.
• MSc in Strategic Management – Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT), Zimbabwe.
• LLB (Bachelor of Laws) – University of South Africa (UNISA).
• Certificate in Arbitration (Construction Disputes) – Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa).
