The principal of Peaston Legal Pty. Ltd. is David Peaston. A member of the Law Society of New South Wales, he is a solicitor with extensive commercial experience. He has owned  and managed a range of medium and small businesses including manufacturing, boutique hotel and retail, and has participated as a board member of industry and government authorities.  

David enjoys working with individuals and families in the various areas of his legal practice, which is based in Sydney's northern suburbs and northern beaches.  Attention to detail is important to him and he strives to bring a pragmatic approach to his work, oriented towards sound commercial outcomes at realistic cost.  

David is an active surf lifesaver and a masters surf boat rower with Warriewood SLSC. He has a lifelong passion for snow skiing and is a member of Southern Alps Ski Club in New South Wales.
