We regularly represent clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Our litigation team is often asked to advise on strategy for handling disputes. We believe that in most cases, litigation should be a means of last resort. We regularly represent clients in settlement negotiations, mediation and arbitration proceedings to resolve disputes outside of the court system.
