The founder of the Firm is lawyer Blažo M. Stanković, who is also the founder and the first president of the Kosovo and Metohija Bar Association (1974), former president and member of the Managing Board of the SFRY Bar Association, member of the International Union of Lawyers and the winner of the Charter awarded by the Yugoslav Legal Profession Union for outstanding contribution to the practice of law.

He was an active lawyer until 1985.

Bankruptcy law

We represent and provide counselling services to legal and natural persons, with the aim of collection of receivables from the debtors-companies that ceased with payments, when there are limited possibilities for collection from company’s assets.
Our services also include representation of clients in all stages of the bankruptcy proceedings, preparation, development and analysis of documentation necessary for registration of receivables, representation in bodies of the bankruptcy debtor stipulate by the Bankruptcy Law, as well as in judicial proceedings for establishment of disputed claim and refutation of legal actions of the debtor.

Our Firm gathers a team of recognized experts in the area of criminal law, who possess the highest level of knowledge in the area of protection and realization of rights of domestic and foreign citizens in criminal proceedings; members of our team have invaluable experiences gained by multi-year practice before domestic and international courts, investigative authorities and other authorities;
