- Successfully advising the Turkish Çalik Holding on the transfer of shares it owned with the Albanian largest fix telecom operator ALBtelecom to the Hungarian 4iG.
- Advising one of the largest Albanian banks on its group restructuring.
- Advising on the merger of the fix provider ALBtelecom and its mobile subsidiary Eagle Mobile.
- Successfully advising the largest private healthcare provider American Hospital in the acquisition of the second largest private healthcare provider.
