Thomas N. Stavropoulos

BRIEF CV

Thomas Stavropoulos graduated in 2010 from the Law School of the University of Athens. In 2011, he received a Master's Degree in Public Law from the Athens Law School of the University of Athens. In 2015 he was a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University as part of his doctoral thesis. In 2018, he received a PhD in the field of Public Law with a specialization in Human Rights, again from the Athens Law School of the University of Athens. In 2021 he was accepted for post-doctoral research by the Public Law Sector of the same Faculty.

From the year 2013 until today, he maintains the law office "Thomas N. Stavropoulos and Associates Law Office" based in the city of Patras. The office specializes in administrative law and operates based on scientific validity and good client service. It provides legal support in particular to contracting companies, suppliers, contracting professional organizations, contracting authorities/contracting bodies in matters related to the awarding and execution of public contracts, while participating in relevant law-making committees.
